Hey guys, it's been awhile since I last posted something! Sorry about that, I've been real busy lately, and have also been spending time recovering my account.
Well, I'm back now, making a guide on how to get the Skull Sceptre, a really strange looking staff that gives you 5 free teleports to the enterance of the Stronghold of Security, in the Barbarian Village.
Me holding a Skull SceptreWarning: Obtaining the Sceptre is rather difficult as you have to fight monsters that could reach level 86 in the Stronghold of Security.
Firstly, a Skull Sceptre is obtained in 4 seperate parts, which are monster drops. You will have to go to all four levels killing certain monsters that will drop these parts.
What the parts look like, compared to the size of a Law Rune
The four parts are: "Right/Left Skull Half" and "Top/Bottom of Sceptre"
*NONE OF THESE PARTS NOR THE SCEPTRE CAN BE BOUGHT OR SOLD ON GRAND EXCHANGE*
